Time off on a per resource level

Hi everyone

Is it possible to set the time off (holiday, edit) at the resource level and have it reflected in the project plan?

Are you willing to see how a resource holidays might influence a task completion date ? (It's what I am aiming at but struggling).

Referencing to Smartsheet table (consisting of 30+ columns) in INDEX/MATCH formula but shows error
