Hi everyone...
I'm making an integration between SS and GForms, but i need to bring the PDF attachments people upload in the form into Smartsheet.
Is that possible??
Hi Selina,
Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's a great idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
More info:
The Smartsheet Sync Add-on doesn’t currently support the File Upload field in Google Forms. This field will populate in Smartsheet as an encoded text value. To workaround, this, use a text field in which people can paste the sharing link to a file stored in a cloud storage location, such as Google Drive
A possible workaround could be to use another integration. Is that an option or would it work with the suggested workaround?
Another workaround could be that they submit the form as usual and then you could have automation set to send an update requestwhere they can add the PDF.
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic day!

Currently Triggering recurring workflows are only supported at the top of each hour. For instance 10:00, or 11:00, etc. Would like the ability to set 10:30 or 10:45. Perhaps the inteface can stay hourly so it doesnt get huge, but have the ability to manually edit the time directly to any custom time.
I have an automation that has a condition where I am looking at the column "LEA Interco Supporting Site(s)" and trying to find columns that have the value "Fort Loramie" in them. This works well when "Fort Loramie" is the first item listed in the cell, but it doesn't work when "Fort Loramie" is the second or third value in…
