Is there a way to set up a workflow alert that sends a separate email (even if going to the same person) for each row that meets that criteria?

If you add a placeholder field, you will force it to send one for each.

I am the owner of a workspace that has multiple sheets and a dashboard. There are 3 Guests with Admin permissions for the whole workspace. They can edit the sheets, but not the dashboard. Is there a different type of permissions or some kind of limitations to dashboard editing for Guests?
