Hello, is it possible to alert someone multiple days within a project duration? Example: Projects have a duration of 3 months. Within those 3 months, I need to reminder alert every 21 days. Please assist. Thank you, Grace
Hi Grace,
You can set up a recurrence pattern.

Would that work?
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic weekend!

Thanks Andree. Although it was not quite what I needed, it lead me to the right direction. I have several projects I am tracking and each one has a specific start date and needed alert every 21 days from each of those start date. Unfortunately the automation on the custom selection did not allow me to choose from the start date. My work around was to do it individual parent row and from there I was able to choose multiple alert dates.
Excellent!
Happy to help!
There's probably another way to make it work, but if this is working for you, maybe there isn't a need to change the workflow.
Let me know!
I am now curious of this second option Andrée. Would like to test out if it is a better option. Please assist. Thank you.
Ok. I'll get back to this post with the other option later this weekend.
I'd add a so-called helper column that would check a box when the date is today or later than today when looking at the project's start date.
We'd then set up the recurrence to be ever 21 days with a start from today and add a condition that checks if the checkbox in the helper column is checked.
Make sense?
Would that work/help?
Hello, I am trying to create a chart widget in my dashboard, but I keep getting "Selected data cannot be charted. Please select a new range." error. The report I am using is already summarized in numeric value. What is funny is I have report that I created a chart widget in another dashboard, and when I use that same…
I have a picture below for an example of this. I want to create a formula to get counts of items in "Column2", but if "Column4" states "change" I want the "Column2" count to not work and instead count what is it "Column3" in that given row. Column4 can also have several different things in it besides "good" that I want it…
I've done this a million times - create a report, separated by campus with a total $$. Then add it to a dashboard and make a graph. NOTHING is working right now when I try to do this. I get an error that the data cannot be charted. What the what? Help anyone? Is this a issue since they apparently changed something in the…
