I get this error every time trying to import Trello into Smarthseet. "An error occurred while importing from Atlassian Trello."
Any ideas what is causing this error and how I can get this import to work?
Hi,
I had a similar problem and need with a client recently and I ended up using this service,

I took some work but I got it working!
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic day!

I'm not looking to pay for another service when Smartsheet is giving you the option to import from Trello. It shouldn't be this difficult.
Yes, I agree that it should work, and I'd recommend checking with the Smartsheet Support Team if they can see what's the reason it doesn't.

Let me know your findings!
For successful import, files must meet the following criteria:
If you’re importing a Trello board, you can import up to 5,000 cards or 50 lists. If your cards include cover images, note that there is a cumulative 10 MB limit for importing these image files.
Does your Trello board meet the above criteria?
So I managed to get two other boards to import successfully and the only criteria I think maybe causing the error is exceeding the cumulative 10 MB. The only images that we have on the cards are in the form of stickers or inserted emogis like a thumbs up. Do you know if those are factored into the cumulative 10MB limit and how do I check if a certain board is exceeding this limit?
My guess is that they are factored in in the total size and unfortunately I don't know of a way to check the size of a specific board.
If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team to see if they know. Smartsheet Support Team
I hope that helps!
I know images of any sort are data heavy, so I think it will be the stickers and emjois that are causing the issue, as these will be factored into the cumulative limit.
I'm not sure of a way to figure out how big the board is - does Trello allow you to do this whilst using their platform?
Potential solution could be trying to convert the board into a CSV if possible and then attempting to import?
I'm receiving this message every time I try to open my sheets. I'm the only admin user. I have already performed proper troubleshooting, such as clearing the cache, logging in incognito, and logging out and back in, but the issue remains unresolved. It's been a few days, and I'm unable to track our projects and this…
I’ve created an automation that generates a document and forwards it to the individual specified in a cell. The line item also has several additional attachments associated with it. Is there a way to include those attachments with the generated document?
I have an automation set up that copies a row to another sheet each day. The automation itself works correctly, but the problem is that it copies the formulas rather than the values, which causes the formulas to break and return errors. How can I configure it to copy only the values instead of the formulas?
