Send Update Request Grayed Out

Hello!

When I right click on a row, the "Send Update Request" is grayed out and I am not able to click it.

How do I fix this?

If the row is locked you will not be able to send an update request! Is the row locked?

You might also want to check your permissions.

I am having the same issue. I've been able to send some updates that contain locked rows but on others I can't.

Any ideas?
