Smartsheet pricing - business plan - complain

Hi - can anyone help me understand the price for business plan as on internet we have $25Per User/Month*When billed annually and in the quote sent by Smartsheet representative the price is $32,50 Per User/Month (billed annual).

The only condition on net for this price is if billed annual and I required billed annual with 30 licenses.

After I received the quote I really feel discriminated, who I should contact in this matter apart the Smartsheet representative that is assigned already.

Maybe a longshot, but could it be a mixup of USD and AUD?

In the quote is certainly $ as price.

I'm waiting an answer from the sales person that made the quotation, which I hope to receive it this days, and depends on the answer if I will follow up with Smartsheet Support Team (in several cases they helped me).
