I have logged in today and all the dates in different columns are coming up in US format mm/dd/yy.
Not had this issue before, I have been through my settings and region is correct but to no avail.
Anyone have a fix for this?
Hi Nicholas,
There seems to issues with date formats at the moment. I've had a few client's reach out with issues and I've also seen issues from others in the community.
If you're experiencing issues and If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team. https://help.smartsheet.com/contact
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic day!

My team in EU mentioned this issue. They did find a way to correct it by clearing the cache and resetting the time zone in Smartsheet personal settings.
Excellent!
Thanks for sharing!
Testing now!
Is anyone still having these issues? Having this problem from Melb, AUS. How long does smartsheet typically take to respond to service tickets?
Hi @Clair Henneberry
Can you be more specific about your issue?
Even if your own preferences are set to a specific date format, could you be viewing a report that was created by someone with a different date setting? Or is it possible that the owner of the sheet applied standardized date format settings? (See here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2479481)

In the new USM, are users who are designated as Viewers only able to download/export sheets they are given access to e.g. to Excel?
I just tried to create my first dashboard using the timeline chart widget. I have set it to open the source data when clicked however it does not work. I've done this multiple times without success. It seems this is not actually an option even though you can select it in the settings. Can someone verify this or is there…
