Roll up report where Multiple vendors cannot access report or underlying sheets?

If I create 1 sheet per external company, so that each vendor can update their own sheets, can I create a roll up report combining all the sheets that only our internal staff can view and all the external companies cannot see any other competitors sheets?
This is a skills/certification sheet so we know what skills are vendors have.
(Vendors are all competitors)

Hi,
Yes, as long as each company only have access to their own sheet it will work.
Also, a solution that would be perfect for this use-case is the premium add-on, Dynamic View. Is that an option?

Then you can go with creating one sheet per company and then have a report to see everything together.
That will also work. More work, but it will work.
