Formula is not pulling contact list name
Hi,
My formula used to work when the field was just a drop down list. Now that we changed it to a Contact list, the formula stopped working. I tried listing the persons full name, tried adding the email address with the name, just like it is in the contact list. but still i am not getting any results.
=COUNTIFS({2020 TRACKER Range 2}, "Danita", {2020 TRACKER Range 1}, [Column2]2)

Hi Peggy,
Give this a try =COUNTIF({2020 TRACKER Range 2}, FIND("Danita", @cell) > 0)

Which range is the one pointing at the contact column?
-
I used the column range =COUNTIFS({2020 TRACKER Range 2}, "Danita", {2020 TRACKER Range 1}, [Column2]2). I can try the suggestions that Amit provided.

Amit's suggestion is not working for this formula.
=COUNTIFS({2019 TRACKER Range 2}, FIND("Danita" @cell) > 0, {2019 TRACKER Range 3}, "Stage 0 Onboarding Start")
-
Is range 1 or range 2 pointing at the contact column?
-
range 2
-
The FIND function is case sensitive. Also double check that the spelling for "Stage 0 Onboarding Start" matches exactly as well.
Are you able to provide a screenshot of both sheets that shows the data that SHOULD be counted as well as the count you are actually getting?
