Use of Coloured Symbols
I have two columns that use formulae to calculate whether a Task is on budget based on the hours worked over the Revised Hours.
The first column uses RYG balls whereas the second column uses RYG 3-state arrows. The first column displays the coloured symbol but the second column displays the colour as a word. I have tried using both "Yellow" and "Orange" for the Budget Flag column without success.
I can't work out what I am doing wrong and would appreciate any help that you could give!
Many thanks.

It looks like you've sorted out the formula correctly, which is great! For the arrow symbols, you'll want to reference their direction rather than their colour... ex: "Down" or "Sideways" or "Up"
You can see the text associated with each symbol in this Help Center Article, here.
Let me know if this works for you!
Cheers,
Genevieve

Thanks @Genevieve P
I tried looking for documentation on symbol columns but I couldn't find anything - the link that you sent and your advice was great.
Everything is now as it should be be!
