Hello,
I'm suddenly getting a "Missing source sheet" error across multiple dashboards and cannot load any of the source sheets that power my dashboards. I can open random sheets but not all sheets. All of my dashboards are affected and all dashboards use different source sheets.

My team just lost all access to our Smartsheet. Is anyone else having the same problem?
I'm having the same issue. Strangely this is only affecting one of our larger sheets, everything else seems to be unaffected.
I am having the same issue. Originally it was only affecting the sheets I had opened, but I tried logging out on all devices and reopening various sheets and I get the same message.
That's odd. Ours looks like everything is affected.
Our is down as well. I tried submitting a ticket and that produced an error as well. Their status site shows everything working fine. They don't seem to have a phone number so I guess we're in the dark.
I am having the same issue. Looks like most if not all my sheets won't open however dashboards/reports seem fine to open. Forms cannot be submitted due to the sheets not working for me. Hopefully they find a fix soon. 🤞
One of my sheets is broken, and it is preventing an entire department accessing their estimates and open tickets. When I go to... https://help.smartsheet.com/contact/smartsheetapp and try to try to contact support I get an "Error 503 first byte timeout" message. I need an alternate way to contact support to make sure that we get this problem solved.
