Discovered you can add emoji flair to your sheet titles

I wanted to highlight certain sheets more than others so I tried this and it worked. Not sure if Mac/Apple have emoji function built into the OS like Windows 10 does but, if so, it should work the same as far as sheet titles go.

Yes. You can also add them to widget titles on dashboards and whatnot as well!
