Only Display Rows Selected by the User on a Dashboard

Hi,
Can the following be done within Smartsheet?
I have an inventory sheet containing a list of projects. I need to display this sheet on a dashboard (via a report?).
Each user viewing the dashboard only cares about certain projects. For example: User A only cares about projects 4, 9, 15, and 23. User B only wants to see projects 1, 4, 23, and 46. Etc.
Is it somehow possible to display only projects on the dashboard which each specific user cares about? So it's almost like a subscription model, where the user chooses which projects to see, and then those projects are displayed on a dashboard.
Is this even possible?
Thank you,
Ron

Hi @Ron B.,
ameyaa is on the right track with getting a "Current User" view of projects on a Dashboard via a Report but users wouldn't be able to switch between viewing one of their projects or only a few of their projects. I think what would be beneficial would be to have a Dashboard-specific filter for people to use to only see certain widgets based on specified criteria (e.g., "If project is one of... then show that report in the dashboard and hide the others). If this is more if what you're looking for, I highly recommend Submitting a Product Enhancement Request to see about having this considered as a possibility for future development.

I can think of one way, not tried it yet though. Assuming the user A is also the creator or assigned to projects 4,9,15 and 23. Then you can create a report with setting the 'who' value to created by/assign to 'current user' and then pulling that report into dashboard.

Thank you for the idea, Ameyaa.
