How do I set up a notification for a specific row that contains formulas

Options

I have a row that consists of formulas that are changed by other rows. How do I:

  1. Set up a notification for just one row (not column)?
  2. Set up the trigger to recognize when the product of the formula has changed? (i.e. if the formula in a column adds up to 150 this week and next week it changes to 200, that is a change that I need to know about - and the row consists of about a dozen formulas.)

Thank you

    Hi @KCS

When you set up the Workflow, you can select a condition (something unique about the row), and also, you’d choose that it should only Alert when the value changes.

    Make sense?

    Would that work?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic week!

    Hi Andree

Thanks for responding. I'm having trouble setting the condition. This is what I've done so far:

Trigger = When rows are changed

    1. When = Any field changes

    2. Run workflow = When triggered

    Conditions

    3. Where = Total January (I guess I would have to do a condition for every month?)

    4. ***This is where I get stuck. There is nothing that says when this cell changes. How do I choose a row instead of a column?

    Thanks

    ~KC

    @KCS

    Happy to help!

You'd need to add another condition.

For example, it can be the task name of the specific row with the cell.

    Make sense?
