We are rolling out "time sheets" for each employee that they will track their time per week per project. I used a template (although I can't remember which one) to setup the time sheet. What would be the best approach when starting a new year?
Give new sheets for 2021? Thus creating new roll-up reports for managers that will include all years? Add columns for the new year into existing sheet?
I also will need to create a reference table so that I can accurately report Q1, Q2, etc.... So changing the date from 1/6 to 1/6/2020. Right?
