I'm trying to create a formula that will count the number of projects completed in the past 5 days

Question

What I'm currently using is not capturing all the projects ---  In this case there should be 27 and my formula is returning 11

=COUNTIFS({Project Plan OPERATIONS Range 11}, "End Date" = TODAY(-5), {Project Plan OPERATIONS Range 1}, Primary3)         ------Range 11 reflects the End Date column on the project sheet and Range 1 represents the Status column on the project sheet

Your COUNTIFS formula is returning projects that were finished 5 days ago only. Try this instead:

=COUNTIFS({Project Plan OPERATIONS Range 11}, AND(@cell>= TODAY(-5), @cell<=TODAY()), {Project Plan OPERATIONS Range 1}, Primary@row)
