System columns are a column type. The list of them is included in the help article, below. Confirm that your sheet doesn't contain a non-system column with the same as a system column. If it does, rename it.

was there a recent update on a particular system column ? my sheets have been working just fine and I have not made any changes on my end. I have close to 7 workflows that all have the same error the same time
I am unable to find the issue
I just reviewed my sheet and it dies not contain a auto/number system.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

System columns are those that track sheet row activities like Created By, Create Date, Modified By, Modified Date etc. If you have any column that you add/defined with the same name then there may be a conflict.
The rows are copied/ moved in to the other sheet will have a primary column with the name as "Primary" don't modify it's name/ position . If you do the workflow will become invalid.
Why doesn't this help page tell us HOW to create a system column?
@James123 did you get a resolution? I am seeing the same error, but confirmed my source sheet contains no system columns.
My destination sheet does have a column that's using datamesh to pull live date from the source sheet in addition to the automation to copy the rows. Is there a chance that's causing the issue?
This issue is so counter intuitive.
I have 'saved as new' my source sheet as my destination sheet, to ensure all columns are included, in the same order, and with the same properties, and because we use functions like 'auto-date' or 'modified by' we have to rename the columns on one of the sheets.
It's make much more sense to have them called the same,
