Formula to auto calculate due date

I want to auto calculate the due date for monthly stock inventory.
For February it will be 28 of the month, for the rest of the month to be 30th.
Would appreciate your assistance.
Thanks.

Hi @Vivien Chong ,
Try:
=IF(month@row=11, date(year@row,11,28), date(year@row, month@row, 30)
Work for you?
