Adding logic for a question that has multiple options to select and each option has further ans

@Paul Newcome , finally, i was able to see it as I moved to a bigger screen. the "add logic" was overlapping the blue bar and it was blue on blue. I finally did it and it looks much much cleaner. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!
