Change children if a Parent meets a condition

Hi!

Im struggling with this formula. I want to detect that if a parent row contains a check at the column "No", then the children turn into "Yes". So then I could create a conditional formating to crossed into gray the text in the row including the parent and the children if the condition of the check mark is met.

I want to put this formula in the column "Indicador" because I think there's no way to incluide the formula in the same row of the checkmark because I would like to use that column.

Can somebody help me please?

=IF(PARENT(No@row) = 1, "Yes")
