Need to count how many staff submitted form in last 7 days

=COUNTIFS({Staff name}, ="Kyle Black",({Date Completed}, AND(@cell <= TODAY(), @cell > TODAY(-7))))

=COUNTIFS(Staff name:Staff name,"Kyle Black", [Date Completed]:[Date Completed], and(@cell >= TODAY(-7),@cell <=Today()))

One of these i got from customer service and the other i found on a post here. I don't know if i am typing something wrong or what the issue is

Both send back #unparseable

AND and the second TODAY should have both been automatically changed to all caps. Double check that your column names are correct in your formula. They must be an exact match to the column names in the sheet to include spacing.

The second formula is missing square brackets around the column names in the first range.

Ok so i tired an experiment when i separate the argument in to two countif formulas they work. I was just trying to see if there was an issue in the column reference, but when i put them back together in a countifs it goes unparseable.
