Report Sharing.

Hello,

I have created a leave status sheet for my organization, with individual name and their email address.

I tried creating a report from the leave status sheet, and filter it to the current user. But the report is empty as I have not share the leave status sheet to everyone.

Now, I want to share that report to everyone within the organization, so that only the current user can view his/her leave status, without sharing the leave status sheet.

How to do it.

What Smartsheet Plan do you have? If you have Enterprise or higher, you could use the newly released WorkApps feature instead without needing to share the underlying sheet.

Am sorry you can't publish or share the report so that the current user can only view their own data in the sheet, only you can publish a report but all users will see the same information and you need to remove the current user filter.
