OMG _ HEEEELLLLLLLLP

Why all of a sudden would my spreadsheet not reflect properly?

All my parent/child relationships are not showing - rows of information are blank. However when I export the file, the information is all there? example - parent row 10 displayed but not as a parent and child rows 11, 12, 13 are not showing - appear hidden but can't be unhidden??

How do I fix/repair this easily.

Hi @Kelly S

As you prepare a screenshot for Andrée, please check that you or another user hasn't saved the sheet with a filter on. You'll see this in your smartsheet menu ribbon, towards the left. It may just say FILTER if no filters have ever been created for your sheet.

Thank you everyone.

So I went back to the sheet just now and noticed I had two scroll bars along the bottom......apparently a column was somehow hidden, so I unhide all

Not sure how that occurred but at least it was an easy fix and I can breath now!
