Hello!

I have created a centralized PTO tracker that collects information about their PTO, including reason. I want to be able to create a calendar for each of our teams. The best way to do this seems to be via a report, but the viewer has to have access to the base sheet in order to view it. Because the base sheet contains private information, I can't share the sheet with them.

Are there any workarounds? I've tried creating a helper sheet to move rows over and collect only columns I want in a new sheet, but splitting them out by manager has been a problem. I started creating unique number sequencing with a prefix unique to each team, but if I sort it will throw the formula off not making it viable.
