Sharing Issues

Hi, I've shared a 2 different sheets with a broader team. Both sheets were set up at the same time.

The first sheet is shared and has no issues with 100+ users.

The second sheet is having issues as shared users are reporting after I've authorized them and they have accessed that they can no longer access after logging out. In addition the number of users appears to top out around 20.

Any thoughts on what may be driving this?

Hope you are fine, i advise you always to create groups for each team then share any sheet, report, dashboard by a group it's easier for you to manage the sharing and if you have any new user in future joined to any team you can add him easily to the team group and he will be shared to all related objects.
