Automated Alert Email Makes Rows Blue

For some reason when I sent up an automated alert the rows are showing up with a blue background in the email notification. This creates accessibility issues for my customers and makes it very difficult to read some of the text (particularly hyperlinks). These rows are not blue in my sheet. Is there a way to stop Smartsheet from making these emails come with a blue background? See screenshot.

Is the Highlight Changes feature activated in the sheet?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

I'll give you access to the sheet. I do not have highlight changes enabled. I am using an automation which sends an alert each week on Monday at 9 a.m. to anyone who has a task assigned to them during the upcoming week. The alert includes 5 fields from the underlying sheet. I've added you as a viewer on my sheet if you'd like to look. Here's another screenshot of the full email with the blue background.

If you deactivate all the conditional formatting rules, you'll see that there is still a lot of manual coloring, which is the issue.
