Sharing Sheet - Email not going through

Hello Everybody

I'm trying to share a sheet and I'm receiving a message: "You have exceeded maximum amount of emails that you can send from this account"

Fact is I do not have any collaborators or shared people on this account. Never shared a sheet.

I have already contacted support yesterday on an Urgent basis, I have resent the message again earlier today.

I'm hoping to catch the attention of a support person here or any one who can assist to resolve this issue.
