    Smartsheet Calendar Failed to Sync to Google Calendar

    Hi,

    We have several instances where we set up the calendar deadlines in Smartsheet but it did not sync with the Google Calendar. Is there a glitch or same issues being encountered this week? We had been doing it before and it sync successfully. We were able to take a screenshots of our tasks so we can show it to our clients in case there will be issues and per screenshots we have successfully set up the deadlines but it is not showing on our clients calendars.

      Smartsheet Calendar Failed to Sync to Google Calendar

      Hi,

      we have a similar problem. Syncing to the google calendar stopped end of december, if I click "sync again" I got an error message, that smartsheet could not been reached with an ajax error code.

      Actually the sync is disabled and if I enable the sync with the same google calendar name a new calendar with this name will be generated.

      How can I sync to the (an) existing calendar? Smartsheet support says, that it is not possible!

      @Joachim Mund do you have a resolution to this issue without having to re-create the calendar and re-sharing the new Google Calendar? I have run into the sync error several times with no resolution.
