I would like to have 2 criteria for the same range

What is wrong with this?

Region Demand needs to be for EMEAR OR Global.  I've tried putting OR between EMEAR and Global, but it returns an error unparsable.

If I put in a common it's an incorrect argument.  If I break them out seperate with Region Demand same thing.

If I remove Global the formula works perfectly.

=COUNTIFS({EMEAR Global Demand Function}, System@row, {Region Demand}, "EMEAR" "Global")

Try this:

=COUNTIFS({EMEAR Global Demand Function}, System@row, {Region Demand}, OR(@cell = "EMEAR", @cell = "Global"))
