Formula Help, please

Good afternoon, everyone:

I'm trying to write a formula that will do the following:

If the end date is 14 days or less from today give me a yellow stoplight if the end date is past due give me a red stoplight, if the end date is greater than 14 days from today give me a green light and if the % complete=100% regardless of the dates give me a green stoplight regardless and if the end date is blank give me a blue stoplight.

I've been trying but have had no luck. Appreciate any assistance. Thank you so much.

To add to Sameer's excellent advice/answer.

Try something like this.

=IF([%Complete]@row = 1, "Green", IF(ISBLANK([End Date]@row), "Blue", IF( [End Date]@row < TODAY(), "Red", IF( ([End Date]@row - TODAY()) <= 14, "Yellow"))))

Smartsheet looks at the numbers in a column formatted for percentage as values between 0 and 1. You'd need to use decimal values instead for it to work

25% = 0,25 (0.25)

50% = 0,5 (0.5)

100% = 1

Depending on your country/region, you'll need to exchange the comma for a period.
