Migrating different smartsheets with data to create smartsheet inventory
Hi,
Part of the work (this is a newly created role)I will begin to do is to help my organization create a smartsheet inventory. Different departments have different smart sheets that have different data and are being kept separately. There are about 5000 different smart sheets with different data sets. Some of the data on the sheets have some similarities, while others don't. Is there a simple way to migrate all these sheets to one place? Am sorry I can't share examples of these sheets(data) here because of privacy and confidentiality. Thank you.

If you're a System Admin on a Business or Enterprise plan, then the first thing I would suggest doing is download a Sheet Access Report. This will provide you with a list of all the Smartsheet items in your company's account, even if you're not shared to them, detailing the location of these items as well. (See: More Actions in User Management)
Then once you know what items you'd like to move, you can select items in bulk and drag them to the correct location/Workspace. (See: Move an Existing Item Out of a Workspace)
