    Date difference calculation

    Hi,

    I am trying to get the number of days a particular task is open. I have 2 columns - Open Date, Closed Date. I have created a calculated column with the following logic but I am getting an #UNPARSEABLE error. The logic for the calculation is as follows:

    =IF (ISBLANK([Closed Date]@row), NETDAYS([Closed Date]@row-[Opened Date]@row),TODAY() - [Opened Date]@row)

    If anyone has any suggestions, that would be very helpful.

      I think the issue here is that your formula is written in reverse. Try this:

      =IF(ISBLANK([Closed Date]@row), NETDAYS(TODAY()-[Opened Date]@row), [Closed Date]@row-[Opened Date]@row)
