coming back to the topic and selecting quiz, you get you fail the quiz, but there is no way to retake it ...

Certification and eLearning are separate. The eLearning courses are a great way to study and ensure you're ready to take the Certification Exam, however you can take Certification at any time even if you have not completed (or if you have not passed) certain eLearning courses.

I'll check in with the team! You may have just caught them over a holiday weekend.
In the meantime, you're looking to re-take an eLearning quiz, you can do so by going back to the main course home page and click Take Again.
Once you've gone through the lessons again, you'll have 3 more attempts at the quiz.

If you're talking about the Core App Skills eLearning Capstone, you will want to reach out to the Training team directly to ask if you can have additional chances to take the quiz (via training@smartsheet.com).

I’ve created an automation that generates a document and forwards it to the individual specified in a cell. The line item also has several additional attachments associated with it. Is there a way to include those attachments with the generated document?
I have an automation set up that copies a row to another sheet each day. The automation itself works correctly, but the problem is that it copies the formulas rather than the values, which causes the formulas to break and return errors. How can I configure it to copy only the values instead of the formulas?
