Hi, I am trying to get google maps to pick up on GPS coordinates is a cell.
I have the coordinates in two columns and using a formular to merge them into one. =[GPS South (If you know them)]@row + "," + [GPS East (If you know them)]@row
I am trying to put this web link into formula above to make it a live link to google maps for the coordinates.
Is this possible?

But, if you keep the above hyperlink in one column and then create a new column and substitute the "," in the URL with a "+", it works!
=SUBSTITUTE([Google maps]@row, ",", "+")
Result:
Before: http://www.google.com/maps/place/46.5036807,-63.595411
After: http://www.google.com/maps/place/46.5036807+-63.595411

I've been testing with the URLs suggested in this Stack Overflow post here, such as:
http://www.google.com/maps/place/lat,lng
However when adding two cells in Smartsheet on to the end of any of the URLs provided, the Smartsheet cell breaks the hyperlink after the comma between the lat and long:
Based on this, no, I don't believe it is possible to use a formula in Smartsheet to turn the Lat and Long numbers into a clickable URL. Please let the Product team know about your specific use-case and feedback by filling in this form, here.
That said, the URLs above work if you copy the cell and paste it into a browser bar.

I have a solution for this! Use a form a s use the location button
Then If you export the smartsheet to Google Sheets you can utilize "my maps" and import the data to get a map of your choosing!
The form inserting the GPS coordinates is slick but you can also just pre fill the coordinates in a sheet. Hope that helps!

FYI, here's the formula that worked for me using Latitude/Longitude. (With help of all posts above:
=IF(OR(Latitude@row = "", Longitude@row = ""), "", SUBSTITUTE("http://www.google.com/maps/place/" + Latitude@row + "," + Longitude@row, ",", "+"))
