Multiple approvers simultaneously

I am trying to create a workflow that allows form responses to be sent to multiple people to approve at the same time. Currently, how I have it set up, there is only one approval cell available, which means that only one person can truly approve the form responses. I am wondering if there's a way to add multiple cell boxes so that they can ALL approve simultaneously instead of having one approve after the other or only having one cell for approvals?

Your solution works if we have a limited number and static list of approvers. Do you have a solution to handle this same scenario if the list of approvers is dynamic? EXAMPLE: I have a contact list column for "Steering Committee Members". The members are different for every project. The automation sends an approval request to that cell's contacts for the project to advance to the next phase.
