Occasionally, I am seeing reminder icons disappear from sheets. Seems to go away with a refresh. Anyone else?

Row level reminders reminders do go away after they’ve been triggered, but if you’re noticing that they’re disappearing without being sent or if sheet level reminders are disappearing after refreshing your sheet, please submit a support ticket so our support team can help troubleshoot.

I appreciate the response. I will submit a ticket. The reminders disappear completely (see pic above). So, even reminders that have not been triggered are not shown on the row as they typically are.

I’ve created an automation that generates a document and forwards it to the individual specified in a cell. The line item also has several additional attachments associated with it. Is there a way to include those attachments with the generated document?
I have an automation set up that copies a row to another sheet each day. The automation itself works correctly, but the problem is that it copies the formulas rather than the values, which causes the formulas to break and return errors. How can I configure it to copy only the values instead of the formulas?
