Can you combine approval requests from multiple rows in one email?
I am working on a project that would automate weekly emails to request approvals. I set a condition to automate which rows are sent for approval, but Smartsheet sends the approver a separate email for each row. Is it possible in Smartsheet to combine all the approval requests for all the rows that need approval into only one email instead of several?

Hi @JonathanT,
It is - you just need to do one of two things:
1. Change the automation away from being "When triggered":

OR
2. Change the trigger to "When a date is reached":
You can then set this to weekly by picking the custom option:
You can change it to a different day (or days) etc. as well as required, and the time to run.

@Nick Korna thank you for the clarification - also, is there a way I can put all the approval requests into just one email on the day I pick? So the recipient would get one compiled list with corresponding links to the approvals for each row, so only one email on that day with everything on the sheet they need to approve?

@JonathanT, not that I'm aware of, unfortunately - all the cases I've seen you end up with 1 approval per line.
