I had multiple reports referencing back to the same source sheet. Now when entering into the individual reports the is no source sheet selected in that column and I cannot select the sheet I need the report to reference.

Would you mind sharing some screenshots of what you're seeing?

Do you own the source sheet?
If not, check your access. It may have been moved out of the workspace, or your access inadvertently removed.
If you DO own the source sheet and don't see it here, check that your browser is up to date, close all instances of the browser and restart it.

@Jeff Reisman I am having the same issue and I am the owner of the sheet I am trying to source. (I am actually the owner of ALL the sheets!) Any ideas? It has been working earlier this week and now stopped.

What happens if you try to create a new report with the same source sheet?

@Jeff Reisman I tried creating a new test report from the same source sheet and it worked. As I was putting in the parameters, I found that in the original report the filter was set up as "name is equal to" but when I tried that in the new test report, it didnt give me any results. once I switched it to "Contains" my results appeared again. I went back to my original reports and updated that filter and now it works again. So strange! Thanks for your help.

Is your name field a multi-select drop down, or a contact list field? If so, using contains in both filters and formulas is the best bet. Glad you figured it out!
