Email alerts and formulas

Hey All,

Can you please help me with automating this sheet?

I am looking for when the PM due is within 500 miles of the actual mileage. I will need an email to be sent to out.

The tag exp. The column will need to be linked with an email also, I would like to get an email 60 days prior to the expiration

Can you please help me set this up.

@Mstockbridge For the 60 days prior you would use this automation

For the 500 miles, you will need a helper column (say it's called MileageHelper) with the formula

=[PM due]@row - Mileage@row

Then your automation will be something like this
