I posted the below in questions and it got marked as answered before it was actually resolved. I did not mark it as answered. The question I have is also something weird as a formula is calculating incorrectly. See screenshot of the previous question/responses
You're still getting a zero for the output on some rows?
@Paul Newcome I am and everytime a response is typed the question moves into the answered and no longer shows up in unanswered so noone new sees it.

Thank you @Genevieve P. The unanswered seems to be fixed today. Yesterday it kept moving all the unanswered questions. Most of the day it had 0 as unanswered questions.

@Hollie Green I would suggest reaching out to Support. I agree with your reasoning that it should never output less than 1. One of the first things they will probably suggest is the "turn it off then back on again" approach which does often work for me whenever I run into something that is definitely unexpected behavior.
Remove the formula from the sheet completely.
Log out.
Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
Log back in.
Retype the formula.
