Can I get email notifications when comments are added?

Hello,

First off, where I can get the Smartsheet User Guide? I need to understand some of the terminology being used. It's a bit frustrating trying to infer some things.

This is my scenario. There is a requestor and approver. Both can post comments on the rows.

Is there a way to create a notification that will alert the approver when the requestor posts a comment?

Is there a way to create a notification that will alert the requestor when the approver posts a comment?

I know with triggers there is a place to set 'When a comment is added or changed'. What does the changed part mean? Does this mean when someone edits their original comment or replies to a comment?

@Pascale yes when a comment is edited, that is a change and will trigger the workflow
