Incorrect Argument Set with nested IF

Counting number of occurances where month/year is 1/23 AND where cell within the row does not contain "Color Add"

=COUNTIFS({New Product Status (Imagen) Go Live Launch Date}, IFERROR(MONTH(@cell), 0) = 5, {New Product Status (Imagen) Go Live Launch Date}, IFERROR(YEAR(@cell), 0) = 2023, {New Product Status (Imagen) new or color add}, NOT(CONTAINS("Color Add", @cell)))

above results in Incorrect Argument set - any idea what I'm doing wrong?

ALSO why this is frustrating is that I have same formula pointing to two similar sheets - one works and the other does not:

This formula pointing to my "Archive" sheet works:

=COUNTIFS({ARCHIVE Launched New Products (Imagen) Go Live Lau}, IFERROR(MONTH(@cell), 0) = 5, {ARCHIVE Launched New Products (Imagen) Go Live Lau}, IFERROR(YEAR(@cell), 0) = 2023,{ARCHIVE Launched New Products (Imagen) new or colo}, <>"Color Add")

But this formula pointing to my "Main" sheet DOES NOT work:

=COUNTIFS({New Product Status (Imagen) Go Live Launch Date}, IFERROR(MONTH(@cell), 0) = 5,{New Product Status (Imagen) Go Live Launch Date}, IFERROR(YEAR(@cell), 0) = 2023, {New Product Status (Imagen) new or color add}, <>"Color Add")

The @cell part at the end is wrong. It will need to be @cell = "Color Add", but in doing that, you will need to adjust your NOT(CONTAINS part. Try replacing it with NOT(@cell = "Color Add")
