PMO - Index - Search across several folders

Question

Hello, I would like to Index all of the Project Metadata sheets under the Project Level folder for the Project Number.

I created another sheet at the top level (same as my Project Intake Sheet) called Project Schedule.  I want to populate this sheet using the Project Number, similar to the Project Metadata sheet in each project folder.  To do this I need to Index/search all Project Metadata sheets in each of these project folders.

Without Control Center you are looking at a very manual process.
