Contacts Column Update

Apologies if this is someplace else, I could not find it.

If I have a column in a sheet that is a Contact List and I want to update what is currently there, how do I propagate that change in the rest of the sheet and so it's available in the dropdown in a form?

More specifically, if I change Chavez to Chavez Construction via the bottom cell (by editing it) how do I make sure it changes it in all the cells in the sheet so reports are correct and so the choices on the form dropdown are updated?

Hi Andrea, I think you would be best served by using the Find and Replace function. Just select the column and hit Ctrl + F.

Once the contact is one of your contacts, it'll swap all of them out for you.
