Is it possible the Idea you posted was a duplicate of another idea out there?
We Merge quite a few ideas together to ensure that the Product team has one place to track the same requests and see how many votes are coming in on that feature. If you can let me know what it was regarding I would be happy to do some digging for you π

It wasn't merged - that I can tell. I've had posts merged in the past and received notifications that it was merged. It simply says "discussion not found" when I click into it. It was in regards to an archiving method for workspaces, or elements within a workspace.

Merged posts don't always have the redirect URL associated - for example if there was only 1 vote on it (your own) at the time of the merge.
You can find merged posts under Comments on your profile as they end up as a comment below another thread.

Has anyone found a workaround for sharing Smartsheet reports externally without giving access to internal data? I currently have to download the data and transfer it onto excel to create a pivot table for our client and I want to find an easier way to do so. I am trying to set up an automation that will send an email reminder one time when Next Update Date = 60 days, then another automation at 30d, etc. The key is I only want it to send the reminder one time when Next Update threshold is reached.
