NEED HELP WITH A BUNCH OF FORMULAS IN A SHEET SUMMARY

Hey @Angie F
The syntax for COUNTIFS is that after each range you're looking in, you need a comma before listing the criteria:
=COUNTIFS(range , criteria , range2 , criteria2)
Think of it like when you set up a filter... one dropdown selection is the column, the other dropdown selection is what you're looking for. These are two separate dropdowns. The way the formula can tell the separation is by the comma!
In your formula above, there is no comma between {Software} and what you're looking for. Try adding a comma before the = sign.
Cheers,
Genevieve
