Different Settings in Same Project Sheet

Is it possible, by formula or settings to have within the same project sheet, some tasks & sub-tasks that will need to use a 7-day work week (no weekends, no holidays) and also some tasks (and sub tasks) that will need to utilize the 5-day work week and holidays? To clarify, all of this is in the same sheet for a single project. This is to create a working schedule for a team to follow. No dashboard.
Any ideas to accomplish this are welcome.

Yes! If you're using a Project Sheet with specific working days and times enabled (e.g. 5 day work week and holidays), then on the specific rows where you want it to be a 7 day work week you can use elapsed time by adding an e in front of the duration.
