Here's the structure for INDEX/MATCH.

=INDEX({ColumnWithTheValueYouWantToShow}, MATCH(CellThatHaveTheValueToMatch@row,{ColumnWithTheValueToMatchAgainsTheCell}, 0)

Here's the structure for VLOOKUP.

=VLOOKUP(CellThatHaveTheValueToMatch@row,{RangeThatHaveTheValueToMatch*}, ColumnNumberWithTheValueYouWantToShow, 0)

*Where the first column is the ColumnWithTheValueToMatchAgainsTheCell

Returns the relative position of a value in a range (lookup table). The first position is 1.

VLOOKUP Function | Smartsheet Learning Center

Looks up a value and returns a corresponding value in the same row but from a different column.
