Hey,

Is it possible to approve the request directly from the email without going through the "open the request" button in the browser?

Hi,

You can use Update request instead of the Approval request workflow. This you can update directly in the email.

Are you sure? do I need to change something in the settings because I still get the same email with "open the request" button.

Any chance you can send a screenshot of an email?
